I lead Circle Time and Walk & Read classes for local caregivers and kiddos aged 1-5. I also like to host small groups for infants age 6-12 months! All materials are provided by me and groups last 60 mins. I offer many options in order to cater to the various interests of each child, and promote language, cognitive, social-emotional, and motor development through play.  

Circle Time consists of reading a book, singing songs, and implementing intentional, play-based curriculum. I provide materials for sensory exploration and help navigate the nuances of toddler socialization.   

For Walk & Reads we read books throughout the hike, sing songs, and stroll through nature while making observations and doing scavenger hunts. I typically bring magnifying glasses and clipboards to bring out each child’s inner scientist!

Groups are child-centric and can include art projects, gross motor games, obstacle courses, sensory play, etc. They are planned around the themes and elements found in the book(s), but I am of course always flexible and keep it open-ended for any unplanned teachable moments that may arise! I provide and facilitate, the children lead. 

I lead circle times at small parks in New Castle County, Delaware. I also host groups at my home in Hockessin. Join my Facebook Group to find out where local groups will be held and sign up!

I am also available to provide classes for:

I can create and customize a circle time focused on any book or theme!

*Multi-child discount of $10 for siblings ($30 total for 2 kiddos) 

Base Rate for a center or private group is $75, with price adjusted depending on number of children and activities/materials planned.   I can’t wait to start exploring with you!
